Terms and Conditions
VIKTORIA AGUILAR provides photography services including events, portraits, maternity, branding, and similar sessions. Services are available in Toronto, Ontario, and surrounding areas. Sessions outside Toronto may include an additional travel fee.
A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. The deposit is refundable only if the session is canceled at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made with at least 7 days’ notice may be eligible for either a full refund or a rescheduled session, subject to availability. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows are not refundable.
Final edited photos are delivered within 2 weeks after the session. Delivery times may vary depending on the type of session or the number of images included.
The photographer may use client images in a portfolio, website, or social media only with the client’s consent.
Clients must be 19 years of age or older to book a session.

We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, address, messages, photos, cookies, IP address, and any other information you provide through our website, booking form, or direct communication.
We use this information to manage bookings, respond to inquiries, provide photography services, process payments, deliver final images, and improve our website and customer experience.
We may use third-party tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and WhatsApp to support our business operations and website performance.
Your information is only shared with trusted third-party services when necessary to operate our business or deliver our services.
Refund Policy
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your session. This deposit is refundable only if the session is canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled date.
If a session is canceled with at least 7 days’ notice, the client may receive a full refund or reschedule the session, depending on availability.
There are no refunds for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or dissatisfaction with the final images. If a client does not attend the session, the payment will not be refunded.
